Qualified in Sports Massage since 2018, I trained via the prestigious London School of Sports Massage as a Soft Tissue Therapist, gaining a BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Sport & Remedial Massage. I am also a Member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.

Predominantly based at my Studio in the Purbeck Sports Centre, in Wareham, I also offer Home Visits around Dorset & Hampshire.

Whether you are a runner, gym-goer, walker or anchored at a desk all day, massage can help you. Sports massage and soft tissue therapy support the body's recovery from injury through to the wear and tear of everyday life.
