Qualified in Sports Massage since 2018, I trained via the prestigious London School of Sports Massage as a Soft Tissue Therapist, gaining a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. I am also a Member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.

Predominantly based at my Studio in the Purbeck Sports Centre, in Wareham, I also offer Home Visits around Dorset.

Whether you are a runner, gym-goer, walker or anchored at a desk all day, massage can help you. Sports massage and soft tissue therapy support the body's recovery from injury through to the wear and tear of everyday life.

Please get in touch to discuss how I can help you to regain freedom in movement.
